In these terms and conditions, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Amanda Lacey. "The Website" refers to www.amandalacey.com.
Amanda Lacey trades as a sole trader in the United Kingdom and is not registered for VAT. Prices shown include no VAT and none is added at checkout.
Acceptance
By using the Website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, not to act in a way that impairs its performance or corrupts its content, and not to attempt to gain access to secured areas or to information you are not entitled to see.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your country, or if a price has been listed in error — and if we do, we will refund you in full.
Prices and product details may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Shipping and handling
We aim to ship within ten days, though occasionally it takes longer. When shipping outside the United Kingdom we cannot influence customs in the destination country and there may be a delay while an order clears. Import taxes and duties in your own country are your responsibility. Perfumes and Miracle Tonic cannot be shipped to the United States.

Your skin
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and nothing on the Website is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, or are pregnant, please speak to your doctor before use. We recommend patch-testing any new product on a small area of skin first. If a reaction occurs, stop using the product.
Changes to these terms
We may change any part of this agreement. Continued use of the Website is taken as acceptance of the current terms, so please check them from time to time.
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, profit or data, arising from your use of the Website. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

All intellectual property connected with Amanda Lacey — trade marks, trade names, registered designs, and rights arising from the appearance or functionality of the Website — remains ours. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit or exploit any material from the Website for commercial purposes.
Disclaimers
Information on the Website is provided on an "as is" basis, with no warranty as to accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted or free from error.
Third parties
The Website may link to sites operated by others. We do not control them, take no responsibility for their content, and our linking to them does not imply endorsement.
Severance
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
