Shipping policy
United Kingdom
Complimentary delivery on orders over £150. Orders under £150 are sent by Royal Mail First Class at a flat rate of £5.
United States
Complimentary delivery on orders over $500. Below that, delivery is a flat rate of $50.
Miracle Tonic cannot be sent outside the United Kingdom.
Rest of the world
We ship internationally by DHL Express. The rate is calculated at checkout by the size of your order:
- One or two items — £48
- Three or four items — £55
- Five to ten items — £65
For orders of more than ten items, please write to info@amandalacey.com and we will arrange delivery for you.
Dispatch
Everything is packed by hand. We aim to ship within ten days, and usually much sooner. If anything is going to take longer than that we will write to you.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders travelling outside the United Kingdom may be held by customs in the destination country, and any import duty or tax is charged by that country and is payable by you. We cannot influence or predict those charges, and they are not included in the price you pay us.
Countries we cannot ship to
We are unable to deliver to the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Egypt, The Gambia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
If something goes missing
Write to info@amandalacey.com with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
